Hello ...

BellaireWest.org provides home owners and residents with the information and tools needed to improve our homes and community.

Established in March of 2000, this site is maintained by a family in the neighborhood. Contact us

Neighborhood Security Information

We continue to have Constable Crouch randomly patrolling Bellaire West.

He is attempting to assist our community in encouraging all residents to follow the city ordinances regarding heavy trash pick-up. City inspectors will tour the neighborhood and if you are not in compliance with the trash pick up guidelines, you may be issued a citation which will result in a fine which could be about $300.

Please Volunteer for Pool Registration

If you would be able to help with pool registration on, MEMORIAL Day weekend and the following two weekends in May, please contact Lucy Schmotzer or any other board member. We can really use your help in getting everyone registered. It takes the whole community to keep our common amenities available for everyone.

Community Center News

The center is now available to be rented. Joanne Radford has rejoined the board and is responsible for community center rentals. She may be contacted at 281-433-9508.

Work is complete at last on the Community Center. We are very pleased with the results both inside and outside. We would like to thank Jacob White Construction for the excellent job they did on the exterior and KB Flooring for the great job they did on our new floors.

Maintenance Fees are Due

You should have received your bill from Genesis Management for the $120 annual maintenance fee due for 2009. Late charges will begin to accrue if not paid by February 1, 2009. You are encouraged to pay this fee promptly. It is not an optional fee.

Failure to pay could result in late fees, legal fees, and even foreclosure. If you have a problem paying your fees and any additional charges you may owe, please contact Genesis so that together a plan can be worked out that is acceptable to you and the Association.

Heavy Trash Changes in Bellaire West

Sep 07 23:09

The City of Houston recently sent out a notice that there will be changes for how heavy trash is handled for our area. Heavy trash day will now be either "Tree Waste" or "Junk Waste", but not both. The schedule will alternate each month starting in October for "Junk". After that, November will be "Tree waste", December will be "Junk Waste" and so on.
