Reminder: BWCIA Summer General Meeting

The Summer BWCIA general meeting is scheduled for the second (2nd) Thursday in July, July 9, at 7:30 PM. BWCIA encourages all residents to attend this meeting.

Anual Splash Day

We will celebrate the pool opening for the summer on Splash Day, June 13.

Food will be served at 1PM. We will have the ever popular cake walk and other games
Starting about 3PM .

You MUST BE REGISTERED in order to participate. Please make sure you
Register during the scheduled registration periods.

Pool Opens Memorial Day Weekend

Its that time of year again, time to register for another great year of fun in the sun at the Bellaire West swimming pool.

Pool Registration Dates & Times

Saturday May 23rd 1 P.M. to 5 P.M.
Sunday May 24th 1 P.M. to 5 P.M.
Monday May 25th 1 P.M. to 5 P.M
Saturday May 30th 1 P.M. to 5 P.M.
Sunday May 31st 1 P.M. to 5 P.M.

Common Deed Restriction Violations

Please help maintain the value of our homes and keep our subdivision neat. The following are common deed restriction violations that affect our home values and the quality of life for people living in our neighborhood:

  • Cars parked in the lawn, not in the driveway or on the street
  • Inoperable vehicles parked in the driveway or on the street
  • 18 wheeler tractors and other commercial vehicles parked on the street on in the driveway over the weekend.
  • Home needing paint or painted a non approved color

REMINDER: Heavy Trash Pickup Has Changed

Earlier this year, the city has changed heavy trash schedules.

Junk waste will only be picked up in:
February, April, June, August, October, and December.

Tree Waste will only be picked up in:
March, May, July, September, November, and January

"Junk waste" is defined as items such as furniture, appliances, and other bulky material.

"Tree waste" is defined as clean wood waste such as tree limbs, branches and stumps. Lumber, furniture or treated wood will not be accepted of the day designated for tree waste.
